I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, offering plenty of space and a clean, cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Hugo. The location was convenient for exploring Tours and the Loire Valley, although a bit out of the way in colder weather. The dining experience, while a bit pricey, was overall good with some room for improvement. The facilities were well-maintained and added to a pleasant stay.
I stayed in a lovely, very large and clean junior suite in the chateau. The rooms were well-equipped and down a hallway but overall pleasant. The service was extremely helpful and warm, particularly Dylan who assisted with our luggage and the reception staff who provided excellent recommendations. The location was a good base to explore the Loire area, though the view was marred by some modern buildings. The dining experience was slightly disappointing, and the breakfast options were not optimal.

The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes from the historical center of Tours, offering a comfortable stay with a king-sized bed and high-quality bedding. The industrial units nearby may cause some noise but did not affect our sleep.
The hotel had small but adequate rooms for a two-night stay, with gigantic TV screens serving as room dividers. The Chateau side rooms are dated, but cool and perfect for a family of 4. The service was a mix of noisy attentiveness towards breakfast preparation and amazing helpfulness. The location was excellent for walking into Tours' center but a bit out of the way, though it offered a quiet stay with parking facilities. The dining was overpriced with poor service but boasted a variety of food. The facilities were average overall.
